Only stocked products are subject to return with a 25% re-stocking fee plus shipping fees. All our items are pictured and accurately described, with custom options to upgrade your products, Starts with the basic version, We use semi-pro or pro version product pictures, but can be changed according to your custom options for product specs.

We list the items with pictures and customized versions of the product’s full descriptions so you know exactly what you are ordering. After you choose the custom options the product is considered to be a custom product, Custom order items are non-refundable from the day the payment was made.

The re-stocking fee is to cover the cost of the original packaging, Shipping Label, and Invoicing. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we proceed with the refund, once we received the item in its original condition, unworn and unused. The customer would be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your local customs authorities check and damaged the product, the company will not be responsible for that, if you want to secure the package while shipping, You can buy insurance by connecting with our sales agent.

If we give you free shipping, we still pay for the shipping out of our pocket. Custom-made nameplates and regular Side Plates are not returnable. You can request the cancelation of the order, within 12 hours of your order has been placed.
